Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable (AP), including invoice processing, verification, and timely payments to vendors.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Perform regular reconciliations of AP and AR accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on aging receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and implement strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements, aging reports, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth financial workflows and resolve payment-related issues.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, and financial statement preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in AP/AR workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and transactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with ERP systems or financial modules is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
