Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding taxes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile accounts to maintain data integrity and transparency.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve financial controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Brevet A/B certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, preferably in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work setting is advantageous.
