Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their business needs are met with tailored financial and consulting solutions.
- Lead client engagements from inception to completion, including needs assessment, solution design, and implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, and strategy) to deliver high-quality client deliverables on time and within budget.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service excellence.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, financial consulting, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth in a consulting or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and business strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
