Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with high accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, including bank transfers and check disbursements.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with internal departments to validate purchase orders, receipts, and approvals.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts payable reports.
- Monitor vendor accounts and address inquiries or issues professionally.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of transactions efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
