Responsibility
- Lead and execute statutory audits in compliance with Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans tailored to client needs.
- Provide tax advisory services, including compliance, planning, and optimization for local and international clients.
- Liaise with clients to gather information, address queries, and present audit findings.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated audit and advisory solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in statutory audit, preferably within a public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client assignments.
