Responsibility
- Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and settlements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, performing variance analysis and resolving discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications as required.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting.
- Liaise with other departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger, or Intercompany Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations (Indonesian tax laws are advantageous).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in a shared services or multinational company is highly preferred.
