Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial insights for decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvements within the finance function.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and mentoring finance teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
