Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards.
- Oversee Cost Accounting processes, including cost analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting to support operational efficiency.
- Process Accounts Payable transactions, including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations, while ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis to verify the accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of financial budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, with a focus on General Ledger, Costing, and Accounts Payable.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
