Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing financial audits under the supervision of senior auditors.
- Prepare and examine financial statements, records, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze financial data to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to gather audit evidence and document findings.
- Assist in drafting audit reports and presenting findings to management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and audit procedures.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and audit tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
