Are you a Finance Manager with deep expertise in CargoWise One? Compliant Business Processing is seeking a detail-oriented financial leader to oversee Accounting & Finance operations for our Australia and US-based clients—remotely from Bali, Indonesia.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization using CargoWise One. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows, enhance data integrity, and support strategic decision-making for our global operations.

Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting for Australia and US operations using CargoWise One.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audits.
- Optimize financial workflows within CargoWise to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to align financial data with business performance.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models for strategic planning.
- Lead tax compliance and filing for multi-jurisdictional entities.
- Train and mentor finance staff on CargoWise One best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in CargoWise One (implementation, configuration, or daily use).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and multi-currency accounting.
- Experience with financial reporting for international operations (AU/US preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
