Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile financial discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for cost optimization.
- Support tax reporting and compliance, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and investment opportunities.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, preferably in the mining or natural resources sector.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
