Responsibility
- Accurately calculate and process multi-country payrolls, ensuring timely and error-free disbursements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international payroll regulations and labor laws.
- Verify payroll data integrity by reconciling reports, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to integrate payroll processes with broader HRIS and ERP systems.
- Automate and optimize payroll workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Provide exceptional support to employees and management by addressing payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-national or outsourcing environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia or other APAC regions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
