Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of cost accounting systems to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, including material, labor, and overhead, to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to align cost strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and train accounting staff on best practices in cost control, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations in all financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and maximize profitability.
- Support audit processes by providing accurate cost data and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving business needs.
