Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a remote setup while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
