As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will oversee the complete end-to-end AR process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely collections. Responsibility

  • Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue payments to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly AR reports for management review, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all AR-related tasks are completed on time.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and implement best practices for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
