Responsibility
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Perform daily reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue payments to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute monthly AR reports for management review, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all AR-related tasks are completed on time.
- Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
