Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management with actionable insights.
- Lead, mentor, and train the accounting team to enhance performance and foster professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Optimize accounting software and tools to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of team development and process improvement.
