Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, collections, and aging reports.
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, and GL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
