Responsibility
- Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Perform retail concession expense reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and adherence to accounting standards.
- Assist in audit preparations by compiling and organizing financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, AR, or financial reporting (internships count).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS is an advantage.
