Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial reports for multiple business units and projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes, address findings, and implement recommendations.
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and filings in collaboration with tax advisors to optimize fiscal efficiency.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business decisions and budgeting processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparent and accurate financial reporting.
- Mentor and train accounting team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance for multinational corporations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience in audit coordination and working with external auditors.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
