Responsibility
- Monitor and track customer payments, ensuring timely receipt and accurate allocation to accounts.
- Prepare and send professional invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
- Reconcile AR accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all AR transactions in the accounting system.
- Generate AR aging reports and provide insights to management on outstanding receivables.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
