Responsibility
- Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, with meticulous accuracy.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all accounts.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Collaborate with retail teams to monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and auditing standards.
- Develop and implement efficient financial processes to enhance operational workflows.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to support business growth initiatives.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with retail inventory management or POS systems is an advantage.
