Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial planning strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to drive business performance
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements across business units
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
- Experience in a multinational or large corporate environment is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
