Responsibility
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support the annual audit process by liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and aid strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting reports for senior management.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting, with exposure to US GAAP.
- Proven experience in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across regions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with IFRS and local Indonesian accounting standards is advantageous.
