Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and executives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the professional development of the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
