Responsibility
- Process and verify guest invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage collections by following up on outstanding payments and resolving discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and prepare monthly financial reports
- Handle payment processing, including credit card transactions, bank transfers, and cash payments
- Collaborate with the front desk and reservations team to resolve billing inquiries
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing billing concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hospitality industry billing practices is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
