Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the Accounting & Tax team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position while ensuring full compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies to mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with audit coordination and financial statement preparation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
