Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear, actionable insights for senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational and commercial objectives.
- Monitor key financial metrics (KPIs) and provide recommendations to optimize cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Assist in budgeting and cash flow management, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact financial strategies.
- Automate and improve financial processes using advanced Excel, BI tools, or ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex data into business insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) or SQL is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
