Responsibility
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability and cost efficiency.
- Oversee financial risk assessment and mitigation for high-value initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation for special projects.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements in financial operations, including automation and system enhancements.
- Manage relationships with external partners, auditors, and financial institutions to support project objectives.
- Mentor and guide finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in project-based finance.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning for large-scale initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/financial software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on Bali’s business landscape.
