Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience working in the financial services industry or a fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
