Responsibility
- Develop and execute credit marketing strategies to attract new clients in Bali’s competitive financial sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their creditworthiness.
- Promote loan products, credit facilities, and financial solutions tailored to individual and business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline credit approval processes and minimize risks.
- Prepare and present credit proposals, reports, and financial analyses to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or banking (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, or financial product sales.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with credit assessment tools, financial software, and banking procedures.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) as required.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Bali is a plus.
