Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and strategic planning
- Oversee budgeting processes and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with headquarters in Spain to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance
- Manage tax compliance and optimize tax strategies for the Asia-Pacific region
- Lead financial forecasting processes and provide insights to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial planning roles
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations in Indonesia/Philippines
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel functions
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and business intelligence tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in English (additional European language is a plus)
- Experience working in multinational companies or with international teams
