Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and ROI assessments for key projects.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives and drive profitability.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, GAAP, and internal policies.
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration efforts as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or tech-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
