Responsibility
- Contact debtors via phone, email, or in-person visits to negotiate payment plans or settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, payments, and communications in the company’s system.
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies tailored to individual cases.
- Collaborate with legal teams to escalate cases when necessary, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Provide regular reports on collection progress, challenges, and resolutions to management.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to preserve long-term business partnerships.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
- Adhere to ethical standards and company policies in all collection activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection, finance, or customer service roles.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of successful debt recovery.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with debt collection software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle high-pressure situations.
- High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian debt collection laws and regulations.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for in-person meetings (if required).
