Note: This role is based in Bali, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Oversee Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycles, optimizing workflows to reduce processing times and improve cash flow.
- Drive strategic procurement initiatives, including vendor management, contract negotiations, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement finance automation and digital transformation projects (e.g., RPA, AI, ERP systems) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for finance operations, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure robust internal controls and risk management frameworks across all financial processes.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and align with Accenture’s best practices.
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing RTR, P2P, OTC, or Procurement.
- Proven track record of process optimization and digital transformation in finance (e.g., ERP implementations, automation).
- Deep expertise in IFRS/GAAP, financial controls, and compliance frameworks (SOX, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
- Proficiency in finance tools (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and data analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
