Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to safeguard the company’s assets.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within the healthcare or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive strategic financial initiatives.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is highly desirable.
