Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights on financial performance.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
