Responsibility
- Manage and record all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, with meticulous accuracy.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and expense reports to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and support auditing processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and tax authorities to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify discrepancies.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Prior experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is a plus.
