Responsibility
- Develop, analyze, and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to inform pricing decisions.
- Create and maintain quotation templates and pricing models for products/services.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to align pricing with business goals.
- Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in pricing.
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses for new pricing initiatives or discounts.
- Train and support sales teams on pricing tools and negotiation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, quotation, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical/healthcare industry pricing is advantageous.
