Responsibility
- Process and validate customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and resolve account discrepancies, billing errors, and payment delays in a timely manner.
- Liaise with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date customer account records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and credit terms with professionalism.
- Generate and distribute financial reports (e.g., aging reports, collection summaries) for management review.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Adhere to company policies, SOX compliance, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, order-to-cash cycles, or financial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
