Responsibility
- Manage and process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers for fund and security issuers with precision and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and internal policies, including AML/KYC procedures.
- Liaise with clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and reconciliation of custody accounts and transactions.
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks by implementing robust controls and workflows.
- Support the onboarding of new fund structures and security issuances with thorough due diligence.
- Generate and distribute client reports and statements in adherence to service-level agreements.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in custody operations, fund administration, or securities services within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, SEC, or equivalent) and custody best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and familiarity with custody platforms (e.g., Broadridge, Euroclear).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a remote or hybrid work setting is highly desirable.
