Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and KPI tracking to assess business performance.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models to support strategic planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational and commercial goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and compliance.
- Assist in capital expenditure (CapEx) evaluations and investment appraisals for new projects or expansions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance (retail/e-commerce experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
