Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Lead general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data across all accounts.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and processes to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management through variance analysis, forecasting, and trend reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, audits, and tax compliance for global property operations.
- Automate and optimize financial reporting systems to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual processes.
- Monitor and report on cash flow, working capital, and financial KPIs to drive business performance.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Proven expertise in GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Experience in process improvement and automation (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or Python is a bonus).
- Ability to work night shifts (Philippine time) and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
