Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and cash registers.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Reconcile daily sales and transaction records, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of transaction data into accounting systems.
- Uphold company standards for security, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all financial dealings.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or in a similar customer-facing financial role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-traffic environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
- Familiarity with hospitality or luxury retail industries is highly desirable.
