Join Global Energi Lestari, a dynamic leader in Indonesia’s energy sector, as we expand our operations in Bali. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Superintendent to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning for our growing projects in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of finance professionals, manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing financial performance, mitigating risks, and supporting sustainable business growth in one of Indonesia’s most vibrant regions.
This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for relocation support to Bali. Only candidates who meet the qualifications and are willing to be placed in the specified locations will be considered for further recruitment.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives and operational needs.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital to support liquidity and financial stability.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with legal and fiscal requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, and corporate governance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-location finance teams and cross-functional projects.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Badung, Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
