Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Develop and implement efficient bookkeeping systems to streamline financial processes.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for management review and decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting to support financial planning and forecasting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
