Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the General Ledger operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Optimize and maintain SAP financial systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with a focus on General Ledger and Financial Reporting.
- Proven expertise in SAP FI/CO or similar ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indonesian GAAP, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work setting is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
