Responsibility
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve internal controls.
- Manage tax filings, audits, and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Mentor junior finance staff and provide guidance on best practices and technical accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work setting is highly desirable.
