Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and FP&A to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support the annual audit process by coordinating with internal and external auditors and providing required documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Reporting, or a similar finance role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proficient in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience working in a multinational environment with exposure to hybrid or remote work models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
