Responsibility
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Manage risk assessment and internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and strategic initiatives.
- Drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement through data-driven financial analysis.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis using tools like Excel, ERP systems, or BI software.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations in the Philippines and/or Indonesia.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence at all levels.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments with a self-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with SAP, QuickBooks, or other financial management systems is advantageous.
