Responsibility
- Develop and execute the financial strategy for joint ventures, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market opportunities.
- Lead corporate structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to optimize financial performance and tax efficiency.
- Oversee capital planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support sustainable growth and investment decisions.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to secure funding and favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including IFRS, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Drive financial reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the Southeast Asian market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a strong plus.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Finance Director, CFO).
- Proven expertise in corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, and financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian financial landscapes, including regulatory environments in Indonesia and the Philippines.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in multicultural teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools.
